Various forms for information

To make sure your booking or potential going booking goes without a hitch, Gary does require various information from you.

To make things easy you can phone Gary on 0800 318300 or you can e-mail. Sometimes information is missed and there is a delay in getting the correct information, or a miss-spelling of a name or e-mail address can cause trouble. To this end Gary has designed forms which ask for the details and if you miss a required item the form will not be excepted until the right information has been given.

When you make a booking or an enquiry using the on line system you will be directed to the  most appropriate form, but there are occasions when these forms are too general.  To this end Gary will be providing forms for all types of occasions and parties where some of the details are already filled in.

Please use the most appropriate form, as this a new addition to Gary’s web site all situations have not been covered, but they will be added to over the next few weeks
